由摩尔比分别为1:2和1:8的NiCl2·6H2O和Na2B4O7·10H2O作为反应物, 合成两种非晶态镍硼酸盐, 同时通过水热法合成β-Ni(OH)2. 化学分析和热重-微商热重法(TG-DTG)分析结果确定两种非晶态镍硼酸盐的分子组成分别为NiO·0.8B2O3·4.5H2O和NiO·B2O3·3H2O. 激光拉曼(Raman)实验结果表明镍硼酸盐样品中主要存在的硼氧阴离子为B3O3(OH)52-和B2O(OH)62-. 同步辐射扩展X射线吸收精细结构(EXAFS)方法对样品进行结构解析, 通过数据拟合给出样品中Ni 原子周围近邻配位原子种类、配位数以及原子间距离. 用不同晶体结构作为标准对两种非晶态镍硼酸盐进行拟合的结果表明, 样品中Ni 原子周围局域结构与Ni3B2O6晶体(ICSD No.31387)中的吻合较好. Ni 原子周围配位原子为O、B和Ni, 对于NiO·0.8B2O3·4.5H2O, 配位数分别为5.7、3.8和3.8, 配位距离分别为0.208、0.263 和0.311 nm; 对于NiO·B2O3·3H2O, 配位数分别为6.0、4.0 和4.0, 配位距离分别为0.207、0.262和0.310 nm. 相似文献

One of challenges existing in fiber‐based supercapacitors is how to achieve high energy density without compromising their rate stability. Owing to their unique physical, electronic, and electrochemical properties, two‐dimensional (2D) nanomaterials, e.g., molybdenum disulfide (MoS2) and graphene, have attracted increasing research interest and been utilized as electrode materials in energy‐related applications. Herein, by incorporating MoS2 and reduced graphene oxide (rGO) nanosheets into a well‐aligned multi‐walled carbon nanotube (MWCNT) sheet followed by twisting, MoS2‐rGO/MWCNT and rGO/MWCNT fibers are fabricated, which can be used as the anode and cathode, respectively, for solid‐state, flexible, asymmetric supercapacitors. This fiber‐based asymmetric supercapacitor can operate in a wide potential window of 1.4 V with high Coulombic efficiency, good rate and cycling stability, and improved energy density. 相似文献

Inspired by a Newton’s cradle device and interested in the development of redox‐controllable bimetallic molecular switches, a mixed‐valence thallium(III)/thallium(I) bis‐strap porphyrin complex, with TlIII bound out of the plane of the N core and TlI hung to a strap on the opposite side, was formed by the addition of TlOAc to the free base and exposure to indirect sunlight. In this process, oxygen photosensitization by the porphyrin allows the oxidation of TlI to TlIII. The bimetallic complex is dynamic as the metals exchange their positions symmetrically to the porphyrin plane with TlIII funneling through the macrocycle. Further exposure of the complex to direct sunlight leads to thallium dissociation and to total recovery of the free base. Hence, the porphyrin plays a key role at all stages of the cycle of the complex: It hosts two metal ions, and by absorbing light, it allows the formation and dissociation of TlIII. A hyper‐branched hybridization chain reaction (HB‐HCR) is presented herein, which consists of only six species that can metastably coexist until the introduction of an initiator DNA to trigger a cascade of hybridization events, leading to the self‐sustained assembly of hyper‐branched and nicked double‐stranded DNA structures. The system can readily achieve ultrasensitive detection of target DNA. Moreover, the HB‐HCR principle is successfully applied to construct three‐input concatenated logic circuits with excellent specificity and extended to design a security‐mimicking keypad lock system. Significantly, the HB‐HCR‐based keypad lock can alarm immediately if the “password” is incorrect. Overall, the proposed HB‐HCR with high amplification efficiency is simple, homogeneous, fast, robust, and low‐cost, and holds great promise in the development of biosensing, in the programmable assembly of DNA architectures, and in molecular logic operations. 相似文献

Despite unique properties of layered transition‐metal dichalcogenide (TMD) nanosheets, there is still lack of a facile and general strategy for the preparation of TMD nanodots (NDs). Reported herein is the preparation of a series of TMD NDs, including TMD quantum dots (e.g. MoS2, WS2, ReS2, TaS2, MoSe2 and WSe2) and NbSe2 NDs, from their bulk crystals by using a combination of grinding and sonication techniques. These NDs could be easily separated from the N‐methyl‐2‐pyrrolidone when post‐treated with n‐hexane and then chloroform. All the TMD NDs with sizes of less than 10 nm show a narrow size distribution with high dispersity in solution. As a proof‐of‐concept application, memory devices using TMD NDs, for example, MoSe2, WS2, or NbSe2, mixed with polyvinylpyrrolidone as active layers, have been fabricated, which exhibit a nonvolatile write‐once‐read‐many behavior. These high‐quality TMD NDs should have various applications in optoelectronics, solar cells, catalysis, and biomedicine. 相似文献

The influence of gas type (helium and argon) and bed temperature (77-473 K) on the fluidization behaviour of Geldart groups C and A particles was investigated. For both types of particles tested, i.e., Al2O3 (4.8 μm) and glass beads (39 μm), the fluidization quality in different gases shows the following priority sequence: Ar>He. In the same gaseous atmosphere, the particles when fluidized at an elevated temperature usually show larger bed voidages, higher bed pressure drops, and a lower umf for the group A powder, all indicating an enhancement in fluidization quality. Possible mechanisms governing the operations of gas type and temperature in influencing the fluidization behaviours of fine particles have been discussed with respect to the changes in both gas properties and interparticle forces (on the basis of the London-van der Waals theory). Gas viscosity (varying significantly with gas-type and temperature) proves to be the key parameter that influences the bed pressure drops and umf in fluidization of fine particles, while the interparticle forces (also varying with gas-type and temperature) may play an important role in fine-particle fluidization by affecting the expansion behaviour of the particle-bed. 相似文献

A turbulent boundary layer manipulated by outer-layer devices has been studied. Experiments have been conducted in the 0.70 by 0.50 m2 low speed wind tunnel of the Modesto Panetti Aeronautical Laboratory of the Politecnico di Torino. Mean values and turbulent quantities measured in the natural and manipulated boundary layers are shown for comparison. The mechanisms to explain the observed skin friction and turbulence reduction are discussed. The manipulator wake effect, consisting in decoupling the wall-region from the boundary layer outer-region, is stressed in the present results.

Optical gain characteristics of Ge_(1_x)Snμx are simulated systematically.With an injection carrier concentration of 5×10~(18)/cm~3 at room temperature,the maximal optical gain of Ge_(0.922)Sn_(0.078) alloy(with n-type doping concentration being 5×10~(18)/cm~3) reaches 500 cm~(-1).Moreover,considering the free-carrier absorption effect,we find that there is an optimal injection carrier density to achieve a maximal net optical gain.A double heterostructure Ge_(0.554)Si_(0.289)Sn_(0.157)/Ge_(0.922)Sn_(0.078)/Ge_(0.554)Si_(0.289)Sn_(0.157) short-wave infrared laser diode is designed to achieve a high injection efficiency and low threshold current density.The simulation values of the device threshold current density J_(th)are 6.47 kA/cm~2(temperature:200 K,and λ=2050 nm),10.75 kA/cm~2(temperature:200 K,and λ=2000 nm),and23.12 kA/cm~2(temperature:300 K,and λ=2100 nm),respectively.The results indicate the possibility to obtain a Si-based short-wave infrared Ge_(1-x)Sn_x laser. 相似文献

利用平面波展开法,发现双原子正方晶格光子晶体中ΓM方向边界面存在着快慢两类边界模式,并且通过计算色散关系和电场分布研究了边界参量对这两类边界模式传输特性的影响.依据两种模式的色散关系,计算了群指数和群速度色散参量,结果表明边界参量的变化对第一类边界模式传输特性的影响较小,该模式的平均群指数始终维持在5.0左右;第二类边界模式与第一类模式明显不同,边界参量的变化能够有效地影响到这种模式的传输特性,该模式的最大平均群指数可达178左右.利用时域有限差分法记录了不同时刻电场强度在边界附近的分布及监测点处的电场幅度变化情况,结果表明,两类模式都能够被限制在边界附近并向前传播,时域有限差分法得到的群速度与平面波展开法的结果完全吻合. 相似文献

为了提高采用转台对惯导系统和惯性仪表进行误差模型标定时的可靠性和精度,对角位置转台的控制系统进行了研究。首先借助NI公司PXI-8101控制器和功能强大的数据采集卡PXIe-6363对转台控制系统进行了硬件设计。随后在对转台常规PID控制方法研究的基础上提出了一种能随系统调节偏差自动改变积分项累加速度的变速PID控制方法。接着又对基于软件实现的双通道旋转变压器轴角解调算法进行了研究并提出了一种粗精组合角纠错方法。最后对本文设计的转台控制系统进行了测试实验,结果表明提出的轴角解调算法具有较好的解码速度和精度,并且变速PID控制方法大大提高了转台控制系统的自学习能力和鲁棒性,显著地改善了转台控制过程的稳定性。 相似文献
